Each paid seat covers one Windows device at a time. If your team needs five devices, it needs five seats. You can purchase multiple seats in checkout.
Yes. The paid licence renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel to stop future renewals and keep access for the rest of the current paid term. See the payment and cancellation terms.
No. The 30-day trial requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you want to keep using the app after the trial, you’ll need to activate a paid licence. You can upgrade inside the app or buy here.
After checkout, follow the prompt to open Simple Office Tools. You can also choose Claim a licence in the app, paste the Paddle transaction ID from the purchase-completion page or emailed invoice, then choose Claim licence.
Everyday PDF tools process documents on your computer without uploading them. An internet connection is needed for licence activation and verification, and for downloading updates.
